    On the road we found we had dropped the bracket of our rear shock absorber. We asked if John could look at it the next day, which he agreed to do. At 9:00am he was on the job, the job proved more troublesome than anticipated. Despite this he soldiered on while at the same time orchestrating work that had been booked in previously. The result was a top job, well done and us back safely on the road.
